Irina Azbekyan is an accredited representative by the Department of Justice, authorized to represent clients before the Department of Homeland Security. With over 22 years of experience as a Senior Immigration Services Officer at USCIS, Irina brings extensive knowledge and expertise to her role. She is currently serving as a DOJ Accredited Representative at the Immigration Aid Resource Center, dedicated to providing exceptional support to clients navigating the immigration process.

We are committed to assisting our communities, particularly low-income individuals, by offering support through the challenging immigration process. Irina (Ira) Azbekyan, an accredited representative with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration services (USCIS), is the specially qualified non-attorney authorized by the Department of Justice (DOJ) to represent individuals in immigration legal matters before USCIS. Irina’s accreditation and work is tied to Immigration Aid Resource Center (IARC), recognized by the DOJ. Irina Azbekyan’s qualifications are based on her 22 years of experience and trainings as a former USCIS Senior Immigration Services Officer. She is authorized by DOJ to provide legal immigration advice and services based on the current USCIS Policies and immigration laws.
IARC will be also providing education and information through on- and off-site outreach and educational events including Citizenship Informational Sessions and free Citizenship Classes.
